- 8 Zuchinnis medium boiled
- Parsley finely chopped
- 3 table spoons of vinegar
- 2 cloves of garlic finely chopped
- 2 table spoons crumbled feta cheese
- 3 table spoons of 300 Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 300 Spray Olive Oil with Oregano & Black Pepper
- salt to taste
Slice the zuchinni and put it in a bowl, mix in the chopped parseley
In a cup, mix the garlic with the vinegar and let it sit for 10 minutes, add the 3 table spoons of 300 Organic extra virgin Olive Oil. Pour the mix over the zucchinni, and mix with light movement so the zuchinni slices will not get crushed. Top over with the feta crumbles and pump about 4 pumps of 300 Spray with Oregano & Black Pepper .
